Summary
20 + years of success eading systems in regulated, high-stakes environments — healthcare, public sector, energy, and justice — taught me to find the gap between what a system is supposed to do and what it actually does. I use that same discipline now as an astrologer and health strategist: read the pattern, find the gap, strategize what closes it. That work has extended into AI governance, mapping my human-centered practical adoption framework against, for example, the GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.

Epic EHR Integration — King County Public Health Supported a $20M+ EHR replacement and integration initiative. Defined interface requirements between Epic and downstream systems, supported data mapping and validation, and coordinated UAT across clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders. HIPAA-regulated, multi-year.
Sound Transit / King County Rail Communications Study (2020) Coordinated directly with engineering teams to define policy and security acceptance criteria for rail communications infrastructure improvements. Led stakeholder analysis and consolidated findings into leadership-ready recommendations.
Digital Workplace Transformation — Puget Sound Energy Enabled Azure DevOps adoption across Digital Workplace Transformation teams in a regulated utility environment, improving backlog visibility and migration reporting. Automated scheduling and escalation workflows with Power Automate, reducing coordination gaps across hundreds of users.
Human Systems Framework — Ideas and Insights Consulting Built a proprietary framework for human-centered AI adoption and mapped it against NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, and OECD AI Principles.
